We want you to love your puzzles! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days. Please see the details below for how returns and refunds work:

• Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Eligible Reasons: Damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory products.
• How to Return: Email us at she.creates.puzzles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Customers pay return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
